The Bridal Edit - Vol. 1

I’ve come to the reality that I will never fall out of love with weddings. I’m not kidding when I say that I am almost 100% sure that even my future self will be tied to the wedding industry. Now, what form that takes is a mystery to both of us but I digress.

While wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming, being a bride is truly one of the sweetest seasons. The showers, the bachelorette party, the search for your wedding day accessories - whether you’re “into it” or not, you have to admit, it’s pretty damn fun. Earlier this year, I got to share that exact same feeling of finding the perfect dress for rehearsal dinner and scouring the internet for my bridal earrings. It’s thrilling and exciting and if I am being totally transparent (btw, you’ll learn that’s really the only way I do things around here), I haven’t stopped the search. I continue to fall privy to all of the ads and gawk over so many beautiful pieces and accessories, saving them to my favorites and bookmarking them for “future use.” *insert biggest eye roll ever*

So it is what it is. I am obsessed with all things bridal and let’s be real, who doesn’t love hitting “Add to Cart.” The Bridal Edit is a new blog series featuring all things bridal. Accessories, shoes, bachelorette outfits and decor, engagement outfits - I’m talking ALL the goodies. I’ve spent hours and hours scrolling on all the sites so you, Future Mrs., don’t have to. Yeah, you’re welcome. But truly, my heart behind starting The Bridal Edit is simple:

  • I want to continue to be a resource to my brides-to-be in any way that I possibly can.

  • I just had to scratch the itch of buying all things pearls, white, and sparkly.

Now if you’re not a bride-to-be quite yet, don’t click away so fast. This series could easily hold something for you in your current season. Hell, I’m already married and I am definitely guilty of having some of these pieces with tags on in my closet cause while “bride-to-be” is temporary, wife is forever. So stick around, grab a glass of your fave adult beverage and maybe even grab your card… I promise your significant other will understand ;)
